**Key Responsibilities**

Lead Enriching Tours**: Guide small group tours, delivering engaging stories and insights about Japan’s culture, history, and modern life.
- ** Ensure Seamless Logistics**: Manage daily schedules, coordinate transportation.
- ** Provide Outstanding Service**: Adapt to the diverse needs of travellers, resolving challenges with professionalism and care.
- ** Prioritize Safety and Well-being**: Monitor group safety and implement first-aid measures if necessary.
- ** Be the Cultural Liaison**: Foster an authentic connection to Japan by bridging cultural gaps and answering travellers’ questions.
**Skills and Requirements**
