**About our project**

Innovamat is an educational project that revolutionizes the learning of Mathematics. We transform the classroom to excite, motivate and stimulate boys and girls, promoting meaningful learning. To achieve this, we offer schools quality resources, manipulative material, teacher training, a self-adaptive and self-correcting gamified platform and personalized advice.

In other words, we work to make Math accessible and exciting, providing our students with the tools they need to confront the world around us with a critical mind.

**Innovamat's community**

We are a network of more than 250 people who are passionate about teaching, Mathematics and technology. All this combined has caused us to reach more than 1,200 schools, which is more than 210,000 students and 12,000 teachers.

We started in Catalonia, but we have managed to reach schools throughout the state territory, Latin America, Italy and the United States.

**Your mission at Innovamat**

You will be part of our _Research team_, and you will have to boldly go where no one has gone before (in education).

**Your day to day at Innovamat**
- Assist our principal researchers in field and theoretical studies.
- Participate in the recruitment and monitoring of schools in our studies.
- Organize data acquisition and management processes.
- Consult specialized literature and manage bibliographical sources.
- Participate in the writing of scientific projects and publications.

**What do we look for in you?**
- You are familiar with the education environment.
- You know basic research procedures: study design, study protocols and researching and managing specialized literature.
- You want to grow and develop research skills in the fields of mathematical education and cognitive science.
- You are a team-player and show initiative.
- Excellent level of Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Driving license.
