We are present in **9 countries**: France, Spain, Germany, UK, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands and Belgium. **Our goal**: To accompany transition projects to always enrich the customer experience as well as the end user's work environment in a vision of "smart meeting" You will join OneDirect **as ERP **Database Administrator**.The position is **based in Barcelona** and is to be filled **on a permanent basis as soon as possible**. You will drive the administration of the ERP implemented for the whole Group users mainly located both in France as native and main market and Spain. **CONTEXT OF THE POSITION** **YOUR MISSIONS** - Administration of user accounts and their rights in the ERP - Monitoring the ERP and interfaces with CMS, WMS, CRM & other platforms - The setting up & deployment in project mode for the different subsidiaries of the new functionalities (e.g.: definition and implementation of the working environments of the different actors - development environment, acceptance, production, etc. - and the transfer between environments and platforms). - The realization of periodic treatments and the update of the technical base. - The guarantee of the coherence of the technical and functional data. - Documentation of incidents and requests for improvement of user services - The realization of basic filters and advanced selections and the customization of the user display (parameters and portals) - Testing of the improvements and solutions implemented - Technical support for users in the subsidiaries and France **RESEARCHED PROFILE** With a strong appetite for the functional aspect and a vision in project mode, you have a Bachelor/Master in information systems and have ideally +4 years of experience in the distribution/services environment on the ERP administration. 1. Personality & Soft Skills: - Effective communication skills to deal with users from different departments. - Reactivity and adaptability go hand in hand and add to your analytical side. - You are pragmatic, organized and have good interpersonal skills. - You are stimulated by an environment that is conducive to projects and job development (i.e.: pursuing on a project manager position). 2.
