Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

Opdenergy is now looking for a Storage Analyst to give support to our global projects.

**What will you help with**:

- Develop and maintain financial models for energy storage projects, including revenue forecasting and cost analysis.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting storage economics.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage assets and enhance profitability.
- Provide insights into energy trading strategies and market participation for storage assets.
- Support contract negotiations by assessing financial implications of various deal structures.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and investors.**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, preferably in energy storage or renewables.
- Knowledge of wholesale electricity markets, capacity markets, and ancillary services.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.**What do we offer?**
