**Responsabilidades**:
En Arbor buscamos una persona dinámica con ganas de aprender para incorporarse en nuestra área de Customer Success, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Hablarás con nuestros usuarios para resolver dudas y ayudarlos a completar procesos.
- Te apoyarás de nuestro BackOffice para resolver las incidencias que puedan surgir.
- Aplicarás técnicas de comunicación y fidelización de usuarios

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para explicar de manera concisa problemas difíciles y soluciones complejas.
