**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading large, complex projects or programs in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Past experiences in product management, Supply chain, R&D, Operations or other functions is highly valued.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with excellent prioritization abilities, strong resilience under pressure, and a clear sense of ownership and accountability
- Skilled at synthesizing complex information into clear insights for executive audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across disciplines.
- High-level understanding of both software and hardware (mechanical, electronic) development, with exposure to operations and supply chain, general finance principles.
- Familiar with EMS/ODM/ Brandlable supplier models
- Proficient in project management tools to support execution and planning (e.g., MS Project or similar).
