**What you will do**:

- You will play a key role in our project teams, supporting the Manager and interacting often with Directors and Partners
- Under the Manager’s supervision, you will conduct market research, you will hold client interviews, you will develop analytical models and derive business recommendations out of them, to drive positive change in our clients.
- You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects.
- You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops and presentation to clients to share progress
- You will receive a thorough training (formal and ‘on-the-job’), continuous feedback and a close coaching that will ensure your career advancement within the firm.
- And over time, you will be expected to support the development of more junior team members.

**What you’ll bring**:

- B.A. or M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting and a background in the energy industry are a must.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with talented professionals.
