Actualmente estamos buscando una persona que se incorpore en nuestra sede corporativa de Palma, como Events Technician, cuya misión será la planificación, organización y coordinación de los actos y eventos relacionados con la actividad y patrocinios de OK Mobility, tanto a nível nacional como internacional.

¿Qué harás con nosotrxs?
- Activación de contraprestaciones en patrocinios.
- Asistencia a eventos relacionados con los patrocinios.
- Recopilación y documentación de todas las acciones realizadas.
- Dar continuidad y seguimiento al plan de patrocinios establecido por la compañía.
- Análisis las diferentes opciones de espacios físicos dónde realizar el evento.
- Previsión las necesidades de reserva, alojamiento, merchandising, etc.
- Elaboración un presupuesto detallado de todas las partidas presupuestarias que conllevan la realización de cada evento.
- Negociación de los presupuestos con los proveedores.

¿Qué necesitas para unirte al equipo?
- Inglés fluido.
- Experiência previa en en gestión de eventos y protocolo.
- Ser una persona colaboradora y capaz de trabajar en equipo.
- Disponibilidad horaria, además de viajes puntuales.
