**Job Purpose**

To give legal advice to business units on contracts and general matters.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Reviewing all the contracts from the different business areas.
- Giving general legal advice to all the different queries from the different departments.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Review and advice on all contracts (interpretation) from the different areas.
- Creation of new model contracts and clauses.
- Review and draft Vueling's internal policies, conditions of carriage and ensure that these comply with all legal requirements.
- Leading all types of litigation and administrative procedures.
- Representing the company before administrative and governmental bodies
- Respond to inspection requirements and sanctioning procedures all different civil aviation authorities.
- Support the DPO in any consultation related to data protection from the different business areas.
- Manage the airline’s intellectual property portfolio.
- General legal advice to all the different queries from the different departments.

- Managers, Heads and Directors of other departments.
- External advisors / lawyers.
- IAG members.

**Education**
- Bachelor in law.

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 year experience in a Law firm or as an in-house lawyer in a multinational company.
- Having worked on an airline would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Spanish consumer and commercial law.

**Languages**
