Embracing a sales-driven mindset, in this position you excel in delivering top-tier customer service and solutions with a focus on driving sales.Become this organization's new Customer Service Advisor in Barcelona, a vibrant city with different cultures, excellent food and beautiful beachesYour responsibilities and impact:Engage in outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online chats.Assist customers with product inquiries, delivery status, and invoice concerns.Maintain strong customer relationships.Drive sales through a sales-oriented approach.Skills, qualifications and interest you need to succeed in this role:Norwegian native, English fluentTeam player with excellent listening skillsBeing a strong, positive communicatorProficient in using computer systems and comfortable with different software applications.Stress-resistant and remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring a great customer experienceSales-oriented mindset No previous experience neededHaving a valid Spanish work permit or a citizenship that allows you to work in an EU countryWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: IndefiniteWorking hours Monday to Friday from 08:00-16:30 (09:00-17:30during the training period)Salary: 1600€ + performance bonus of potentially 200€ per monthTraining providedEquipment providedHybrid opportunity in the futureSpanish lessonsConstant trainingInternational environmentSupport from the company regarding NIE and SSNYour Future Company:This Belgian Business Process Outsourcing company is well-known for providing a quality service in customer experience and business consultancy for their clients.
