You will be responsible for driving turnover, product range, and visibility across a defined set of customers. ¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?Being the ambassador of our brands and our company to the retailer storesOpen relationships and build them towards a sustainable relationshipEnsure and maximize our in store visibility at assigned retailer stores, by aligning with the national strategy ranging and installing merchandising materialsVisit store and improve our visibilityDo in store promotion during peak seasonsNegotiate extra ranging and visibilityBenchmark with competitorsTrain and motivate the clerks on our productsMake recommendations, feedback and analysis on the competitors to the national Key account manager to help building the national strategyWork independently and take responsibility. Organize your week independently, you'll be responsible for the country.Plans, leads and manages all aspects of sales execution for the assigned regionProspect local dealersReport to the commercial head and key account manager all the visits and the actions to be taken on national levelIdentifying and reporting market developmentRecommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, collecting product, packaging, and service requirements from the market; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitorsMaking Sales-reportsParticipates in internal sales meetings, and any other events as appropriate (e.g. exhibitions during weekends)Communicates "voice of customer" into the wider organizationLikes to travel, on the road for 75% of your time.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?A Bachelor's degree2 years of commercial/ B2B2C sales experience in consumer electronics as sales representative and/or Head of a sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spainsh and EnglishChallenging with the ability to go the extra mileStrong analytical & computer skills; Excel & PowerPoint are a MUSTAbility to interact with both external and internal customers at all levels and with different culturesSense of negotiation and customer relationships to allow you to express your talentsAutonomy and sense of organization and your rigor (particular to do weekly reports) will be a real assetProblem solving attitudeSelfstarter, able to work independently and exercise good judgmentEntrepreneurial spirit combined with corporate disciplineHunter attitudePersuasivenessFlexibleTeam playerHands-on mentalityPositive energy, optimist¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
