Publicado 24/11/2025QSR franchise operations across international marketsBased in Madrid, this role requires availability to travel¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Leading QSR Company, with an extensive global presence.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?The role focuses on supporting growing markets such as Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Sweden..., managing relationships with approximately 15 franchise partners and 100 restaurants across diverse countries.Visiting restaurants, manage and develop franchise operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.Monitor franchise performance and implement strategies for improvement.Provide guidance and support to franchise partners to enhance operational excellence.Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies across all franchise locations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders.
