Actualizado 19/01/2026¿Tienes experiencia de Customer Service o CS Manager y quieres llevar equipo?¿Hablas ingles nivel B2/C1?¿Resides en Baix llobregat y dispones de coche?¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Multinacional en Baix Llobregat¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?- Atención al cliente nacional e internacional- Introducción de pedidos en el RP- Seguimiento de los mismos- Resolución de incidencias- Capacidad de analizar al equipo (timings de respuesta, errores que se cometen, implantar KPI's, reuniones one to one con ellos, etc.) para llevar al equipo actual a la excelencia- Reporta a dirección sobre el equipo y los resultados¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- Perfil con mínimo 4-5 años como Customer Service o Customer Service Manager- Persona con skills para gestionar equipo (perfil analítico, que pueda liderar, reportar a dirección, etc.)- Dominio del idioma ingles a nivel B2/C1- Residencia en Baix Llobregat o alrededores así como disponer de vehículo propio para acceder a las instalaciones- Persona orientada al detalle con ganas de crecer en una empresa estable¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?Contrato con la empresa final, posición ESTABLE
