Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Global Medical Senior Manager - Atopic DermatitisHow are we?Our CultureMissionThe Global Medical Senior Manager is accountable for providing medical and scientific strategic leadership regarding the assigned biologic product, ensuring close alignment with the Global Brand Team and the countries, as well as optimal execution.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing strategic guidance from GMALeads the development and execution of the global medical strategic planEnsures close alignment with Commercial, Market Access and R&D, among other relevant stakeholdersLeadership role and participates pro-actively in the Global Brand TeamDevelopment and execution of global evidence generation planLeads the strategy for global clinical studies such as phase IIIb/IV and IISLeads the global medical engagement strategyLeads the global medical education strategyEnsures alignment with local affiliatesLeading and steering local MA function and engaging with stakeholdersDrives local medical affairs and MSL excellence by pro-actively engaging with the affiliates, upskilling the teams and leading by exampleDevelopment and execution of global evidence dissemination planCreates and delivers product specific training and information to MSLs.EducationDegree in Medicine, Biology, Chemistry or equivalentKnowledge and expertise in the field of Medical Dermatology, and if possible, in advanced systemics for AD> 5-year experience in managing global medical strategy for assigned products.Experience in Global mid/large-size pharma business.ExperienceExperience in Global Medical AffairsExperience in launching global / EU products in medical dermatology, having launched at least 1 biologic product in the last 5-6 yearsExperience in leading cross-functional teams.Specific KnowledgeProfessional exposure to medical dermatologySpecific disease area knowledge in AD is highly desirable.Leadership skillsPersonal accountabilityAbility to work in a cross-functional environmentExternal-facing professional, able to liaise with external stakeholders.ValuesCare: we listen & empathize, we value diverse perspectives & backgrounds and we help each other succeed.Courage: we challenge the status quo, we take full ownership and we learn from our success & failuresInnovation: we put the patient and customer at the center, we create novel solutions and we empower entrepreneurial mindsets.Simplicity: we act decisively and avoid over-analysis, we understand why before we act and we are agile & keep things simple.
