To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the client’s invitation to bid requirements and identify potential schedule risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure timely completion.Coordination with the Project Directors in our several Projects in the company.Prepare project schedules at all levels during the proposal phase using Primavera P6.Define key project milestones based on client requirements and ensure activities align with these milestones.Review and evaluate activity durations across all disciplines for inclusion in the schedule ensuring consistency with project milestones.Prepare planned progress curves based on the project schedule.Generate manpower histograms for all phases: Home Office Manpower Histogram, Construction Direct Manhours Histogram, and Construction Supervision Histogram.Prepare a schedule narrative outlining the basis of the schedule and key dates for client submission.Track and respond to client clarifications and amendments related to the offer.Prepare presentations and coordinate meetings with partners and clients.Skills and ExperienceRelevant technical degree (e.g. Civil/Mechanical Engineering).Extensive experience in EPC Projects.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.Strong interpersonal/communicative skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
