Leading strategic design initiatives and design thinking within the organization, in relation to any field where design might be relevant, particularly in brand building, innovation/renovation, shopper experience (online and offline), and the consumer digital journey. This person will be in charge of defining the best partners/service setup and ensuring we have effective design agency relationships.What you’ll doProvide functional expert support and design project leadership to affect design objectives and strategy, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, and market competitiveness. Partner with the brand team to create design strategies and translate them into effective design briefs to ensure design meets business objectives. Direct design projects from conception through design intent frozen, working with external or internal design resources and internal functions.Support design strategy for (but not limited to): Packaging/Display Unit Design, Visual brand identities, Conceptual Design & Research Stimuli, POS/Merchandising Displays/PDMs, Print, Collateral/Coupons, Digital Asset.Provides Project Leadership to affect design objectives and strategy, quality, efficiency, and market competitiveness.Supports Marketing and Business managers in effectively applying Nestlé Ways of Working to visual communications.Supports the development of the company/brand image in line with stated ambition.Establishes and maintains strong productive and collaborative partnerships with strategic design agencies and adaptation agencies to ensure Nestlé receives high-quality service and consumer-driven, business-building design that is breakthrough yet delivered efficiently, 100% aligned with Nestlé communication principles.We offer youWe offer more than just a job.
