You're not persuading someone to a savings account or try a new drinks brand.Your Day to DayAs Brand Activation Field Specialist you will contribute to the development and execution of a strategic Brand Activation deployment plan in line with the company's global transformation and vision of designing a smoke-free world.Your FunctionsYour Main Accountabilities Will Be:Be local ambassador of the IQOS brand at territory level, engaging with city community leaders and city partners.HORECA selection and activations: ensure a proper engagement, contractualization and activation of legal age meeting points.Deploy brand experiences in IQOS stores, HORECA, and third party venues.Follow and execute seasonal brand activation plans.Manage agencies' briefing and relationships, budget controlling and data analysis.Position RequisitesWho We're Looking For· University degree in Marketing, Business or similar.· Fluency in English (at least C1).· Previous experience in commercial and brand activities or projects.· Good knowledge of the assigned territory (Alicante).· Around 2-5 years of similar experience.· Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office.· Ability to work under targets and with deadlines.· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.· Availability to work during weekend and night shifts (from Tuesday to Saturday).· Valid EU work permit and driving license held for at least 1 year.
