Descripción de la Oferta ¿Cuál será su misión principal? Se unirá a Gameloft for Brands, la división dedicada a la publicidad dentro del juego y las soluciones de eux. Su función será liderar la visión creativa y dirección artística de formatos multimedia interactivos como playables, mini-juegos, videos interactivos y rich banners dentro de COMBO The Gaming Media Network. Responsabilidades diarias: Definir y defender la visión creativa y artística de los formatos interactivos mencionados. Diseñar, producir o supervisar mockups, prototipos, storyboards, motion assets y entregables visuales de alta calidad. Transformar briefs de marcas y agencias en conceptos creativos innovadores y atractivos alineados con los objetivos del cliente. Gestionar y mentorizar a un equipo diverso de talentos creativos (designers, motion artists, ilustradores, desarrollfordern HTML5), fomentando una cultura inclusiva y colaborativa. Co-desarrollar directrices visuales, plantillas, identidades de marca y materiales B2B para fortalecer la huella creativa de COMBO/G4B. Realizar watch constante de tendencias creativas (gaming, UX/UI, motion, 3D, IA) e impulsar una cultura de innovación dentro del equipo.
