Gasket International Srl, part of Hutchinson SA since 2013, together with its subsidiary Gasket (Suzhou), represents the Group's division dedicated to the production of components for industrial valves. The company operates across multiple markets, including Oil & Gas, Power, and Chemical, supplying its products to more than 20 countries worldwide, with installations present in over 50 countries. Activities We're looking for an experienced IT professional to lead and optimize our technology infrastructure. This position combines strategic planning with hands‑on management, ensuring reliable operations across on‑premises and cloud environments. Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage. Implement secure, scalable solutions for both on‑premises and cloud environments. Coordinate the IT team and provide first‑level Help Desk support. Manage and optimize the BASYS SAP ERP system to meet business requirements. Support the integration and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for production processes. Work closely with management to define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and manage system updates, migrations, and improvements. Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other regulations. Monitor system performance and implement backup and security policies. Manage vendors, validate contracts, and handle escalations to external consultants. Candidate Profile Proven experience managing IT infrastructure for medium to large organizations. Advanced knowledge of BASYS SAP and MES systems. Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper‑V, AWS, and Azure. Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls) and IT security. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix), backup solutions (Veeam), version control (Git), and scripting languages (ABAP, Python, SQL). Knowledge of cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams). Relevant certifications such as CISCO, VMware, COBIT, ITIL are a plus. Fluent in English; French is a plus.
