Orquest was born to serve the retail industry through an Artificial Intelligence Workforce Optimization Software. We are looking for an outstanding pre-sales engineer who will be the right tech hand of our sales team. Your Key Responsibilities Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches. Understand customers' product needs, communicate clearly with the internal team, and collaborate on decisions. Design and present demos to our customers. Clarify technical questions from customers and partners. Create competitive analysis reports for internal and external teams. Lead responses to RFI/RFP. Manage product pilots with customers. Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in a technical pre-sales or post-sales role, preferably in software. Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff. Sales experience is desired. Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with Director-level executives. Self-motivated, proactive, creative, with ownership and attention to detail. Comfortable working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Enjoy working in a growing startup and collaborating cross-functionally. Languages: Advanced English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is a plus. Availability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
