Since 2016, we’ve grown into a listed company operating in 11 countries worldwide — and we’re just getting started.To support our continued growth, we’re creating a new role and are looking for an experiencedFinancial Treasury Specialist (f/m/x)to strengthen our finance organization.What you’ll doManage daily cash management and short-term liquidity forecastingOversee banking relationships, debt facilities, and debt complianceMonitor financial covenants and intercompany fundingManage FX exposure and payment authorization frameworksDrive cash reporting, liquidity stress testing, and process improvementsSupervise cash application, employee reimbursements, T&E, credit cards, and sales commissionsSupport financial reporting and accounting processes, including invoice management and payroll entriesIdentify opportunities for automation and optimization across finance processesWhat we’re looking for3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity, Corporate Finance, or Accounting/Treasury rolesHands‑on expertise in cash, debt, and working capital managementExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP/finance systemsComfortable building processes in a newly created roleExperience in international, multi‑entity environments is a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Proactive, detail‑oriented, and xcskxlj adaptable to a fast‑changing startup environmentWhat we offerA newly created, high‑impact role with real ownershipA company with a clear purpose and positive climate impactA competitive salary from 28.
