Ubicación: Sant Just Desvern (modelo híbrido) Inicio: Incorporación inmediata Sobre la compañía (confidencial) Nuestro cliente es una organización de servicios con presencia multinacional y un crecimiento muy fuerte y rápido. Estamos escalando operaciones y abriendo nuevos centros en distintos mercados europeos. Esto nos obliga a fortalecer el área de Personas con perfiles con visión de negocio, rigurosidad y muchas ganas de dejar huella. La misión Colaborar en la administración de personal y nómina multipaís (contratación, Seguridad Social y PRL), asegurar el cumplimiento laboral en todo momento y dar soporte cercano a los centros y equipos.
Participarás en proyectos de Compensación & Beneficios y colaborarás en iniciativas clave del plan de RR. HH., además de impulsar la adquisición de talento y un onboarding con sello de excelencia. Lo que harás (impacto real desde el día uno) Coordinar con la asesoría laboral la confección y supervisión de nómina (incluido variable), altas / bajas e incorporaciones. Monitorizar absentismo, vacaciones y rotación, proponiendo mejoras de procesos.
Velar por legislación laboral y convenios; definir y comunicar procedimientos internos (permisos, vacaciones, etc.). Implementar el Plan de Prevención y Salud Laboral con el servicio externo correspondiente en cada país. Aplicar la política retributiva y explorar esquemas de retribución flexible y beneficios sociales. Gestionar el ciclo completo de selección (publicación, cribas, entrevistas) y coordinar el onboarding junto al área de L&D.
Requisitos
Formación en RR. LL. / Derecho Laboral o similar. 3+ años en funciones de administración de personal y selección. Inglés y francés avanzados (imprescindible). Dominio de normativa laboral y buenas prácticas de RR.
