To lead this initiative, we're assembling a specialized team to develop and maintain these cutting-edge solutions.We’re seeking an experienced AI Team Lead (Python) who will collaborate with experts to design and build these services from the ground up. In the next phase, this leader will assemble and manage a new team to further enhance and scale the AI capabilities.If you’re passionate about driving AI innovation and want to shape the future of our product, join us to make a significant impact.Skillset of potential candidate:Has a strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact production.Is an effective communicator who can collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Is passionate about AI and eager to lead a team in developing innovative AI-driven services.Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.WHAT YOU'LL DO Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python service architectures.Implement new features leveraging AI functionality.Ensure technical quality and monitor production services for performance and stability.Contribute to and maintain the technical roadmap.Lead recruitment efforts and manage team performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts for seamless integration and operation of services.Tech Stack:AWSDocker, KubernetesPython (FastAPI, Asinc.io)PostgreSQL (pgvector)RedisWHAT YOU'LL BRING 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer, specializing in high-load systems.Deep knowledge of Python and asynchronous programming techniques.Proficient in PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.Experience in AI/ML, including data analysis and improving quality metrics.Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a focus on hiring and team performance.Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.WHAT WE OFFER We care about your growth, well-being, and comfortCandidates outside of Barcelona can start onboarding and complete the probation period remotely with further relocation to the city for a hybrid work format (with free meals and snacks in the office).Relocation support through airplane tickets, accommodations for up to three weeks, and a relocation bonus.Professional development budget for relevant conference tickets, training programs, or courses.Flexible benefits plan to choose the perks that fit your needs.Health insurance, including dentistry, psychology sessions, nutrition consultations, surgery, and travel assistance.Approximate annual salary depends on the candidates' levels: up to €130,000.00 gross.Manychat is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
