This department oversees the maintenance in operational conditions of the following streams and solutions:Identity & Access Management (IAM)Workforce AdministrationAs an Identity and Access Management Federation Analyst, you will be responsible for the ongoing operation and stability of the IAM platform and services, ensuring high availability, reliability, security and integrity of handled data, and integration with client applications and systems.You will be functionally reporting to the Technical Lead.Key responsibilities of the role:Your key duties include:Being the primary contact person of the IAM manager as well as of members of the Technical Delivery team;Providing support to technical teams working on the IAM solution platform and services maintenance;Providing technical specifications based on business stakeholders needs in liaison with IAM Business Analysts and IAM Technical Architects;Understanding business needs of operational and IT teams to be able to provide them with appropriate support;Acting as technical authority for the deployed IAM services;Ensuring technical IAM platform evolutions and changes are made with no impact on deployed IAM services;Assisting in the coordination and execution of system or software upgrades on IAM platform components;Assisting the technical delivery team when needed, in the documentation of technical procedures and issues description and resolution.Requirements:Thorough understanding of technical data architecturesStrong ability in troubleshooting complex issuesStrong knowledge with Java coding and web servicesStrong Knowledge on SailPoint Identity IQStrong knowledge on Application Onboarding using JDBC, WebServices, Custom connectorsStrong Knowledge of Identity and Access Management processes including but not limited to Lifecyle Management, Access Certifications etc.Hands on experience in Aggregations, Identity Refresh, Provisioning, Workflows, Tasks, Rules and Roles.Ability to lead and/or actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetingsAbility to work well with contractors, systems engineers, requirements analysts, and others who may have information necessary for developing security related documentation or processesExcellent technical writing skills (technical specifications, incident reports, etc.)Excellent oral and communication skillsSkilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, VisioFluency in EnglishPreferred:High level of attention to detailStrong time management skillsStrong knowledge of security programs managementQualifications:3+ years' experience in IAM fundamentals (identity management, authentication, authorization, certification, provisioning, etc.)3+ years' technical expertise/experience in IAM solutions (SailPoint Identity IQ), Single-Sign-On, directories, web services, authentication mechanisms, user provisioning, role managementStrong experience in IAM solutions integration with business applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.)Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or ITWhat's in it for me?Life insurance.Flexible compensation: Health Insurance, Ticket restaurant, nursery, training, pension plan etc.Own your career: Enjoy all the benefits of Open Talent Market, our platform that uses AI to connect you with hundreds of job opportunities, projects and mentors around the world.Flex@Work: flexible hours, telework, sabbaticals, purchase leave, floating holidays, Global Family Leave Policy.Recognize and be recognized through our StepUp program.Club Schneider: discount on products and services throughout Spain.Wellness: medical service, wellbeing laboratories, activities per workplace, gyms in different sites, etc.If you like to go to the gym, we have a special agreement with Andjoy Become a Schneider shareholder with our "WESOP" program.Many more benefits per site ...
