About the role
Design Bridge and Partners is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Brand Strategist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key role in leading and developing client projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to the agency's thought leadership. In this pivotal role you will:

Lead strategic thinking on client projects, from brief development to final deliverables.
Uncover unique insights and leverage data and AI tools to inform brand strategy.
Develop compelling presentations and narratives that resonate with clients.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Contribute to the agency's thought leadership through content creation and PR efforts.

About you
To be successful in the role you will bring:

Proven experience in brand strategy, ideally within an agency setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for working with leading brands.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence.
