El Wealth Management Specialist es responsable de cumplir con los objetivos de captación e interlocución con los clientes más sofisticados del Banco. Utilizar el conocimiento del cliente, productos y mercados para generar oportunidades de captación y trabajar para cumplir con las expectativas de satisfacción del cliente. Adquirir clientes nuevos y mantener un conocimiento profundo sobre los asignados a través de la investigación y el contacto continuo que permita la generación de ideas de soluciones de ventas adecuadas. Estar familiarizado con los requisitos legales, reglamentarios y de política del Banco pertinentes y actuar en consecuencia. Ser la conexión con clientes existentes y trabajar para asegurar nuevas oportunidades de clientes. Trabajar en equipo conjuntamente con equipos de producto, comercialización, research, servicios al cliente y operaciones, si corresponde y en la medida en que sea acorde con el área comercial, para garantizar la entrega de la mejor solución para las necesidades concretas de los clientes.
Responsabilidades
Experiencia en captación y asesoramiento de patrimonios de alto nivel.
Visión estratégica del negocio global de la entidad. La propuesta de valor de Deutsche Bank es global en todos los mercados y en todos los segmentos de clientes.
El Banquero de UHNW debe, además de su negocio, ser capaz de coordinarse y colaborar con los responsables de otros segmentos de clientes y divisiones del Banco para identificar oportunidades en todos los ámbitos. Especialmente en el segmento de Banca de Empresas, por las sinergias que presentan ambos grupos de clientes estratégicos.
Responsabilidad sobre la cuenta de resultados y los indicadores de gestión correspondientes a su actividad, siendo responsable de la consecución de los objetivos fijados a nivel individual.
Habilidades
Capacidad de relación a alto nivel para captar clientes y generar negocio en el segmento UHNW, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. El banquero se integrará en un equipo de banqueros que trabajan junto con especialistas en inversiones y otros profesionales de apoyo, por lo que es necesario disponer de habilidades y experiencia en el liderazgo de equipos.
Dotes de comunicación y liderazgo.
Nivel alto de inglés, por la exposición a relaciones de carácter internacional tanto con clientes como internamente.
