The role and program are specifically designed to expedite and challenge the growth of recent grads interested in supporting Life Sciences organizations (Pharma and Biotech) by driving innovation and partnership in the industry.Our Commercial Content team helps the industry develop a scalable content operating model through process optimization and technology value realization to help maximize the ROI of the content speed to market. Although Veeva is Work from Anywhere, Associate Business Consultants must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Barcelona office.What You'll DoLearn how to create end-to-end business solutions and deliverables that deliver quality customer outcomesCollaborate with Senior Business Consultants supporting key deliverables and timelines on customer-facing engagementsGain an understanding of standard offerings and contribute to the Veeva Commercial Content Business Consulting teamConduct research to build industry and customer knowledge used to deliver consulting programs and business developmentSupport customers to realize the value of Veeva Commercial Cloud softwareRequirementsUniversity Degree (Bachelor's) with strong academic performanceDon't have a university degree? That's OK if you have the equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study0-2 years of professional experienceBasic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PPT and Excel)Fluent in EnglishAbility to take business and technical concepts and express them as potential strategic solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDesire to work in an intense, dynamic environmentAbility to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize and meet deadlinesWillingness to commute to your Hub when asked. Typical requests would include project co-working or program team commitments that require being in person.Willingness to travel up to roughly 40% of your time per year.
