Con experiência en más de 40 países alrededor del mundo, operamos en sectores estratégicos como son Energía, Industria, Automoción, Edificación e Infraestructuras, Telecomunicaciones, Aeroespacial y Defensa.

Actualmente estamos con un proceso de selección para una empresa cliente de un/a Contract Coordinator.

**Requisitos**:
Dominio del español y del inglés.
Preferiblemente Licenciado en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o Contabilidad

**Experiência previa**: Contratación comercial con un mínimo de cinco años de experiência.
Conocimientos básicos de los procesos de trabajo de los servicios EPC y de gestión de proyectos.
Conocimiento del derecho mercantil y la normativa gubernamental
Conocimiento del mercado de EPC y de la disponibilidad y productividad de la mano de obra artesanal de la zona
Previsión de costes finales del proyecto
Compromisos de pedidos de compra
Excel, Word, PowerPoint y SAP

**Funciones**:
Reunir y compilar datos esenciales para la formación y/o administración de contratos.
Colaborar en la aplicación de los procesos, prácticas y procedimientos de trabajo de gestión de contratos, y coordinar y supervisar la realización de las tareas asignadas.
Puede prestar apoyo a uno o más proyectos/conclusiones con tareas de administración y adquisición de contratos.
Mantendrá un conocimiento práctico de las normas/políticas, programas y objetivos de Gestión de Contratos y Adquisiciones planificando y aplicando las prácticas y procedimientos de Gestión de Contratos establecidos en el emplazamiento de un proyecto.
Garantizar y aplicar procesos y procedimientos de trabajo funcionales para cumplir con las revisiones de auditoría.
Preparar y mantener todos los archivos electrónicos e impresos de acuerdo con la Convención de Numeración y el Sistema de Archivo.
