Empresa tecnológica que tiene como objetivo crear una herramienta para facilitar el uso y pago compartido busca Full Stack para promocionar a Tech Leader.

Tareas

Se busca un líder técnico enfocado en el desarrollo de nuestro producto y su posterior evolución. O alguien que quiera llegar a serlo. Tendrá a su cargo varios desarrolladores y estará respaldado por otros perfiles con más de 15 años de experiência. (Head of product, CTO y Head of UX)

Buscamos formar equipo para largo plazo e involucrarle en la compañía en todos los níveles (creativo, estratégico y a nível de accionariado). Somos una startup con alto potencial de crecimiento y queremos formar desde hoy un equipo sólido que escalar, con su propia cultura y que nos acompañe hasta nuestras metas.

Serás parte fundamental de un equipo Agile, aplicando Continuous Delivery y Kanban.

A nível técnico, aplicamos un enfoque de Continuous Delivery, con automatización de pruebas y despliegues, y utilizando todo lo posible tecnologías Serverless, NoSQL, Event-bus y ATDD entre otras.

**Requisitos**:
Conocimientos requeridos imprescindibles

Esencial
- Al menos 3 años de experiência implementando y desarrollando software en entornos de producción
- Al menos 3 años de experiência trabajando con React-Native
- Experiência desarrollando en TypeScript
- Experiência trabajando con Git
- Experiência aplicando Tailwind CSS en React-Native
- Experiência trabajando con Figma
- Experiência trabajando con Serverless, preferiblemente lenguajes Go y/o Python

**Conocimientos deseados**:
Experiência Deseable
- Experiência usando Recoil
- Experiência automatizando pruebas End-to-End en React-Native
- Experiência trabajando con Gherkin / Cucumber
- Experiência con sistemas CI/CD
- Experiência cultura DevOps
- Experiência trabajando con sistemas de pago (ej. Stripe)
- Experiência trabajando con GitHub y GitHub Actions
- Experiência trabajando con Gherkin y Cucumber
