Avec nos 150 coachs dans 27 pays, notre équipe performante de project management et notre engagement envers l'excellence, nous avons soutenu plus de 70 000 professionnels, cumulant plus de 300 000 heures de coaching auprès de plus de 150 grandes entreprises.Descriptif du posteDans le cadre de sa stratégie de développement européen, Talentis a ouvert un nouveau bureau en Espagne en janvier 2024, situé à Barcelone, et sa présence sur le marché est en pleine croissance.Pour accompagner cette croissance, nous recherchons un Project Manager Junior pour rejoindre notre équipe dans le cadre d’un stage d’une durée de 6 mois. Démarrage possible à partir de janvier 2025.Plus précisément, votre rôle sera de :Piloter et suivre les plannings des programmes de leadership et des projets de coaching vendus par l’équipe commerciale ;Organiser et structurer les contenus pédagogiques pour les coachs, afin de garantir la cohérence et la qualité des interventions ;Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes du projet, en assurant une collaboration fluide avec l’équipe interne en Espagne, une communication quotidienne avec les clients espagnols, et une gestion efficace de l’équipe de coachs ;Solliciter l’appui de l’équipe du siège à Paris, si nécessaire, pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des projets ;Contribuer à l’élaboration des contenus de communication de Talentis à destination des clients, prospects et coachs sur le marché espagnol : réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn), newsletters, webinaires, vidéos, articles, livres blancs, etc. ;Soutenir l’équipe commerciale dans la stratégie de prospection sur le marché espagnol, en contribuant à la visibilité de Talentis et au développement de nouvelles opportunités.Profil recherchéVous êtes actuellement en études, de la 3e année post-bac jusqu’au niveau master, de préférence en management, école de commerce, ressources humaines, ou gestion de projet.Langue maternelle espagnole ou niveau C1 indispensable ; vous avez également un bon niveau d'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.Autonome et organisé.e, vous possédez d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, avec un goût prononcé pour l'attention aux détails et la rigueur. Votre capacité à collaborer dans des environnements multidisciplinaires, associée à votre volonté d'apprendre et de progresser, vous permettra de vous épanouir dans ce poste.Le stage est basé à Barcelone.Human & Work est signataire de la Charte de la Diversité et s’engage en faveur de l’emploi des personnes en situation de handicap.Un premier entretien téléphonique avec notre équipe recrutement, pour mieux comprendre votre parcours et vos motivations.Un second entretien, via Teams, avec notre Directrice des Opérations pour Talentis Espagne en poste à Barcelone.
