Multinacional de electrónica de consumo que diseña, desarrolla, fabrica y vende productos de frío, lavado y Aire (HVAC) desea incorporar un **Logistics Coordinator / Supply Chain**

**Es**tamos buscando un _experto en logística y procesos,_ con capacidad para dirigir el área de operaciones logísticas. Gestionarás los operadores logísticos tanto de producto acabado como de recambios a nível Europeo.

**Funciones y responsabilidades**:

- Serás el responsable de la gestión tanto del equipo como de los recursos asignados al departamento de logística.
- Dentro del departamento de operaciones logísticas coordinarás tanto los equipos logísticos como los de Back-office.
- Capacidad para estructurar las operaciones logísticas aportando un alto conocimiento de los operadores actuales.
- Reportarás a dirección general los resultados mensuales por lo que es necesaria una buena capacidad de análisis, dominio de herramientas informáticas y buena capacidad de comunicación.
- Se requiere una buena base en cuestiones logísticas y experiência contrastada en pustos de coordinación logística a cargo de equipo.
- Imprescindible experiência definiendo las condiciones de concursos de operadores logísticos.
- Experiência definiendo modelos de negocio escalables.
- Buena capacidad de interlocución con el área comercial y otros departamentos invloucrados.

**Requisitos y competencias**:

- Formación técnica preferiblemente en Ingeniería con especialidades en Organización y/o logística. (No imprescindible)
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en una posición de mando del sector de electrónica de consumo, preferiblemente entornos FMCG y HVAC.
- Robustas habilidades organizativas.
- Capacidad para gestionarse y para ser eficiente en entornos multitarea.
- Capacidad y experiência liderando equipos en entornos competitivos.
- Conocimientos de los procesos Logísticos y de servicios técnicos de una Organización.
- Mentalidad altamente estructurada, Alta empatía y capacidad de negociación sobre cuestiones de alta criticidad, Serenidad y Firmeza, Actitud permanentemente proactiva, Alto nível de Asertividad.
- Buen nível de inglés. (no se requiere titulación)
