Como Management Trainee tendrás la capacidad de tomar tus propias decisiones que afectarán tanto a tu carrera como a tu equipo. Irás ganando responsabilidad para poder desarrollar y mantener nuestras relaciones comerciales. Llevarás a cabo el control de costes, interpretando la cuenta de resultados de tu oficina y así entender cómo hacer una oficina rentable. Además, aprenderás como ofrecer un servicio excelente a nuestros clientes.Te enseñaremos a comunicar, influir e interactuar de manera efectiva con todo tipo de clientes, proveedores y compañeros. Aprenderás técnicas de venta, resolución de problemasy cómo resolver posibles conflictos en los equipos. Estas habilidades te darán la oportunidad de crear relaciones comerciales con los negocios de tu zona y así construir sólidas relaciones con las personas que toman las decisiones comerciales. En tu desarrollo para ser un manager de éxito en Enterprise, aprenderás como dirigir un negocio, enseñar, entrenar, evolucionar, dirigir y promocionar a tus empleados. En esta posición formarás parte de una de nuestras oficinas de alquiler de vehiculos aprendiendo desde los aspectos más basicos a los más complejos del negocio.

Algunas de las responsabilidades de la posicion:

- Gestión contratos de alquiler y reservas.
- Enfoque en Servicio al Cliente, Ventas y Liderazgo.
- Involucrarse tanto en ventas internas (venta de productos adicionales al alquiler como, por ejemplo:upgrade, combustible, etc) como en ventas externas (llamar a cuentas potenciales para lograr elcrecimiento).
- Comprobar el estado de los vehículos tanto en la entrega como en la recogida de estos.
- Aprender a desarrollar relaciones comerciales con concesionarios y talleres de reparación.
- Resolver las dudas o incidencias de los clientes.
- Participar en la recogida de clientes y en la conducción/entrega de vehículos.
- Aprender la gestión de la cuenta de resultados de la oficina.
- Ponerse en contacto con los clientes de manera telefónica para gestiones relacionadas con el alquiler del vehículo.
- Trabajar para lograr los objetivos y KPIs establecidos, tanto individuales como de la oficina.
- Desarrollar el conocimiento práctico del mercado de alquiler de vehículos de sustitución entre otros.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência en atención al cliente y orientación comercial

Estudios de grado/masters finalizados

Flexibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana y/o turnos rotativos

Carné de conducir Europeo un año de antigüedad

Nível alto de inglés B2

Movilidad geográficaa medida que se progrese en plan de carrera a nível nacional.

Incorporación inmediata en Madrid y también en otrasprovincias de España.
