Are you ready to grow in a thriving business?We are looking for a proactive junior Finance Analyst to our FP&A team, to help boost profitability and support business growth across the Nordics Cluster.-Join our team and help shape the future of our businessAbout the role:In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating and coordinating the monthly Nordic financial report and creating follow-up dashboards to ensure financial integrity in close collaboration with your colleagues.Your responsibilities will include overseeing all financial planning processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and coordinating the implementation of the Financial Planning and Governance (FPG) framework across the region.Identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability through in-depth business model analysis.Provide critical business control support, monitor performance, and identify and address deviations.Consolidate results across the cluster and lead the tracking and analysis of key business performance indicators.Prepare insightful presentations for senior management and shareholders, detailing company performance and strategic direction.Location: MadridAbout you:We're looking for a self-driven individual with strong analytical skills—a proactive achiever with great communication and interpersonal skills.Your background might include navigating complex organizations, being involved in multiple projects and priorities, collaborating with remote teams, and sharing best practices. You prefer team-oriented environments and provide valuable support to business leaders, offering insights that enhance business value. You thrive in organizations focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making.1-3 years of experience in corporate/strategic finance, preferably FP&A.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
