Known for its collaborative culture, strong work–life balance, and focus on innovation, Virtusa empowers professionals to work on complex, high‑impact programs while continuing to grow their careers.About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a high‑impact transformation team drivinglarge‑scale digital and payments modernization initiativesfor Tier‑1 global corporate banks.We are looking for aSenior Business Analystwith deep expertise indigital banking channels, international payments, corporate cash management, and payment integration frameworkssuch as ISO 20022, CBPR+, SWIFT, and SEPA.You will work closely with multinational corporates, internal product teams, IT architects, and payment operations to design, document, and supportmission‑critical payment integration solutions .This is a strategic role for a results‑driven professional who enjoys leading complex initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and acting as a bridge between business and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Senior Business Analyst for large‑scale payment transformation and integration programsLead functional analysis for integrations using ISO 20022 (pain.001, pain.008, pain. xcskxlj 002, camt.052/053/054), MT101, MT199, APIs, and H2H modelsGather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional specificationsDefine and execute UAT strategies, test cases, and defect managementCollaborate with IT, architecture, payments operations, and compliance teamsLead workshops with senior stakeholders and external partnersSupport change management and training initiativesMentor junior analysts and represent BA in steering committeesMust‑Have Qualifications7+ years of experience in Financial Services4+ years focused on international payments, corporate cash management, or treasury systemsStrong hands‑on experience with ISO 20022, CBPR+, SWIFT MTs, and SEPAKnowledge of bank connectivity models: API, H2H, SFTPExperience with ISO 20022 migration programsFamiliarity with PSD2, TARGET2, T2SAgile experience (JIRA, Confluence)Nice to HaveBusiness process modeling and data mappingExperience writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, DDRsTools: ServiceNow, Postman, Oracle, AI toolsCertifications: SAFe, CBAP, PMP, ITIL, SWIFTWhat Virtusa OffersWork on cutting‑edge global banking transformation programsCollaborative, inclusive, and engineering‑driven cultureStrong focus on work–life balanceCareer growth, learning, and leadership opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
