Implement innovative, robust, and future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscape Lead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices, facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users Ensure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation What do you have to offer? Fluency in Dutch language and a high level of English SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning) Solid understanding of HR processes Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholders Proactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologies Self‑motivated, autonomous, and eager to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment where continuous improvement is key What do we have to offer? ️ Comprehensive training and development programs. ️ Flexible working schedule ️ Private medical insurance 100% covered by SD Worx ️ 25 vacation days ️ 18 hours for personal matters ️ Reduced summer hours: 36 hours instead of 40 per week, for 4 weeks (to be chosen in July or August) ️ Edenred flexible retribution options: meal vouchers, transport vouchers, etc. ️ Laptop and equipment provided ️ Workation: possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year, EU only) ️ Learning opportunities: language courses (as per availability), individual training bonus, an individual development plan, and professional training ️ Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
