¿Quieres trabajar como HR & Treasury Controller Junior en DABA? Formarás parte del equipo de Finance & Controlling donde liderarás la planificación de los costes salariales y de tesorería, realizando los análisis que apoyen el seguimiento y la toma de decisiones por parte de dirección. ¿Cómo será tu día a día? Elaborarás y liderarás el proceso presupuestario / forecasting a nivel de Recursos Humanos de la compañía. Elaborarás y liderarás el proceso presupuestario / forecasting financiero a nivel de Tesorería de la compañía Analizarás las posibles desviaciones contra presupuesto en FTE’s y costes, así como el cálculo de las provisiones de variables e incentivos. Analizarás las posibles desviaciones contra presupuesto de tesorería. Darás soporte a la toma de decisiones en temas vinculados con costes salariales para dirección general y de recursos humanos, a través de dashboards financieros u otras simulaciones Realizarás el reporting mensual tanto de costes salariales y FTE’s, como de tesorería, cumpliendo con el calendario establecido por el grupo. Proyecto estable con contrato indefinido. Flexibilidad y autogestión horaria. Jornada intensiva todos los viernes del año y en verano. Sistema híbrido de trabajo: presencial y home office. Tienes al menos 2 años de experiencia como Controller o en auditoría. Quieres aportar tu visión analítica y capacidad de obtener insights a partir de tus análisis.
