Supervisor F&B (Jefe/a de sector) Castillo Hotel Son Vida Arabella Golf Resort Mallorca CONTRATO FIJO TODO EL AÑO FUNCIONES ESENCIALES Coordinar y supervisar el servicio del restaurante Conocer y compartir objetivos de venta del departamento de F&B. Control del Stock de Bebidas y realización de pedidos al Economato si se requiere Informar de la preparación de la sala para el desarrollo de acontecimientos especiales asegurando el cumplimiento de las expectativas del cliente. Organizar, preparar y colaborar en una correcta mise en place del restaurante Colaborar en la bienvenida o despedida del cliente en el restaurante así como aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y las bebidas Supervisar la realización de trabajos a la vista del cliente. Atender reclamaciones de clientes y hacer seguimiento de las mismas. Debe tener una comunicación continua y fluida con el equipo de cocina. Conocer y llevar a cabo una adecuada política de seguridad y salud laboral REQUISITOS Y HABILIDADES Recibir y reconocer al cliente con una sonrisa, contacto visual y haciendo uso del nombre del cliente siempre que sea posible Manejar correctamente equipos de trabajo y resolución de conflictos internos Asegurar la confidencialidad de los datos personales de los clientes Demostrar un conocimiento de la importancia del lenguaje no verbal en la comunicación e interacción con el cliente y con los compañeros Capacidad de tomar decisiones Imprescindible Español e inglés fluido EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA Estudios en Restauración y Gastronomía (FP o similar), módulo específico de Servicio de Hostelería en Hoteles y Restaurantes. Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Jefe/a de sector en Hotel 4 o 5 * con servicio a la carta y buffet o 3 años de experiencia en el puesto en Restaurante gourmet. Se valorará conocimientos del sistema operativo MICROS.
