Join us and let's make millions smile togetherYour future responsibilities and scope:Implement new systems that are easily maintainable and scalable to support the game's growth.Be a team player, mentor your peers to help them grow, provide feedback, and write understandable code.Clean and refactor code when needed. Pinpoint systems that would need to be reworked and suggest new designs for them.Support our well-balanced and efficient team with additional talent to achieve ambitious goals.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create cohesive and engaging game experiences.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate new features and improve existing ones.The profile we are looking for:5+ years of experience in game development, but what matters most is the driving force and potential to move the game forward.Be a true game maker, have a sense of game feel, and be passionate about making games.Solid understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI, and UX.Proficiency in Unity.Have experience in game programming patterns (MVC, State Machine, Command, …).Ability to write robust, clean, and maintainable code.Flexible, autonomous, proactive, and accountable for their tasks.Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.Advanced level of English.Having experience or interest in creating generic modules is a plus.Previous experience working on a mobile game that scaled is a plus.Please note: unfortunately, this position is not open to relocation and we cannot offer visa sponsorship.At Madbox, we value the mindset and how you can fit with our culture by sharing common values and creating great games together.
