Buscamos un/a Project Manager para incorporarse a un proyecto técnico de alto nivel dentro del sector automoción.Descubra exactamente qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto antes de enviar su solicitud a continuación.Funciones principales:Gestión integral del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y calidad técnica en todas las fases.Definición y validación de procesos de inyección, incluyendo parámetros técnicos, especificaciones de materiales y seguimiento de ensayos.Coordinación con el cliente, gestionando reuniones de seguimiento, entregables técnicos y reporting de estado del proyecto.Supervisión del equipamiento de serie de prototipos, garantizando la correcta aplicación de los estándares y acabados.Elaboración y actualización de documentación técnica, cronogramas, informes de progreso y análisis de desviaciones.Coordinación con los departamentos internos de calidad, metrología y logística para asegurar la coherencia técnica entre fases.Identificación de posibles mejoras en el proceso, optimización de tiempos y gestión de riesgos técnicos.Soporte al responsable de proyecto en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y priorización de actividades.Requisitos:Formación técnica: Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o similar.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de proyectos industriales, preferentemente en el sector automoción.Conocimientos sólidos en procesos de inyección plástica.Habilidad para interpretar planos, especificaciones técnicas y normativas de calidad.Inglés alto (C1 o Bilingüe): imprescindible para la interlocución con equipos internacionales (Suecia).Dominio de herramientas de gestión de proyectos (MS Project, Excel avanzado, etc.).Alta capacidad de organización, orientación al detalle y comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipos técnicos. xcskxlj Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad presencial 100% y desplazarse puntualmente a planta.
