The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across scripting, integration, incident management, and stakeholder support. Spanish fluency is required for this role. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP). Familiarity with programming languages suitable for building maintainable and production-ready applications (e.g., Java, C#, Go, C++). Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns. Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices). Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing. English - fluent WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments. Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing diverse skills to contribute in multiple areas. Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile events. Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence. Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing the product value. Engage in continuous learning and improvement, focusing on technical skills and process enhancements. Support and practice continuous integration, delivering automated build, test, and deployment processes. Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate with other teams for effective integration. Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration. Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for successes and failures. Foster successful team dynamics through effective human interaction, including team-building activities.
