Technical Project Manager

About The Role As a Program Manager you will drive technical projects to success in a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment. You will lead end‑to‑end project management, facilitate communication among stakeholders, ensure timely delivery, and customize solutions to meet partner requirements. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high‑quality software solutions. Work closely with the engineering team to customize existing solutions for partner requirements and facilitate seamless integration. Translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and vice versa to ensure clear understanding of project progress. Effectively allocate and manage resources across teams, addressing constraints to maintain momentum. Qualifications Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of modern web development practices and understanding of the software development lifecycle. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud‑native software environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate solid organizational leadership. On Your First Month Familiarize yourself with the company, procedures, and team dynamics. Conduct an in‑depth review of ongoing projects and their status. Establish initial relationships with key stakeholders and team members. Begin contributing insights to enhance existing project management processes. After 3 Months Lead at least one project from initiation to completion. Demonstrate effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Conduct a comprehensive review of existing project management processes and propose improvements. Further strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders. On Your 6th Month Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing and allocating resources effectively. Implement process improvements identified in the third month.
