Responsibilities Agency operational monitoring for the main business lines in SG GBIS Madrid, covering the EMEA perimeter. Checking the pre‑closing viability of contracts to be signed according to LMA standards. Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and internal procedures. Post‑closing monitoring of the operation life, including analysis of covenants. Agency management in the three locations (Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan) across all Structured Finance business lines. Providing timely warnings and advice to the Business Office in Paris and Bangalore regarding deal characteristics. Maintaining close relationships with clients, Paris central teams, and local regulators in Madrid, Frankfurt and Milan. Profile required Studies & experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or a similar discipline. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Back Office and/or Middle Office of Structured Finance. Language skills English: C1. Technical, operational & Soft skills Expertise in LOANIQ. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and teams in Spain and abroad. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organise time under the supervision of a senior manager. Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
