We are sharp, digitally focused and dynamic.The TeamThe Immigration and Global Mobility Department deals with all international mobility related issues. As a multifaceted team, our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions. From French nationality issues, passing through the right of foreigner's to stay in France or even dealing with the European Internal Market.AccountabilitiesWorking closely with France Lexidy and other departments to support daily business operations.Conducting the first meetings with leads and bringing new clients while contributing to the development of the office.Assisting our clients (companies and individuals) through their Immigration and global mobility journey.Organizing and tracking client cases and files and maintaining information on relevant expiry dates (visa deadlines, sponsor license renewals, etc.).Managing relationships with 3rd party entities and coordinating all necessary appointments.Carrying out the legal and administrative tasks related to the department.Training of junior team members.Studying and researching on Immigration and Labour Law linked to Global mobility processes.Drafting legal appeals.Assisting in court procedures.Solving day-to-day queries.What's in it for you?An open-minded and collaborative organizational culture of enthusiastic lawyers.Informal, entrepreneurial and flexible atmosphere in the Paris office.Free coffee, drinks and healthy snacks.A Career Development Plan: takes place every six months and is focused solely on you.A network of coaches and mentors to boost your leadership skills and personal development.Access to learning and development platforms.Access to our wellness tool Oliva Health – “Because well being is not a perk. Other languages are definitely a plus.Excited about and curious for digital tools, process automation and innovation.A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands.A client-centric approach.
