Para nuestro cliente, prestigiosa empresa del sector aéreo, buscamos un/a Sales Executive para incorporarse a nuestro equipo comercial en Madrid o Palma de Mallorca, con un papel clave en la gestión integral del proceso de venta de vuelos chárter y en el desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades de negocio. La persona seleccionada será responsable de todo el ciclo comercial —desde la solicitud y cotización hasta la operación y el seguimiento post-flight—, así como de la ampliación y fidelización de la cartera de clientes y proveedores. Tendrá un rol activo en la prospección de mercado, el seguimiento operativo de vuelos, la gestión del CRM y la elaboración de reporting comercial. Perfil requerido: Experiencia previa en venta, compra u organización de vuelos chárter (comercial, ejecutiva y/o ACMI), adquirida en aerolíneas, brókers aéreos o tour operadores. Relación fluida con aerolíneas, brókers y clientes del sector. Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito); se valoran otros idiomas, especialmente alemán, francés e italiano. Perfil proactivo, organizado y orientado a resultados, con alta atención al detalle y foco en el cliente. Habilidad para generar relaciones comerciales sólidas y gestionar múltiples interlocutores. Se valorará especialmente: Interés por la tecnología y soltura con herramientas digitales y bases de datos. Conocimientos o experiencia en marketing y apoyo comercial. Capacidad analítica para trabajar con datos y extraer conclusiones útiles para el negocio.
