In a supportive culture, your efforts count.Misión y objetivo: Provide support to the Real Estate Tax Department, performing tasks related to the various service contracts based on the policies and procedures defined by each client.Funciones principales:Tax advice on the acquisition and divestment of assets (individual level, portfolio sales, etc.). Preparation of reports and search for tax profitability of operations.Advice on the transformation processes of NPLs to REOs in various forms (judicial awards, competitions, or dation agreements).Support and preparation of responses to requests and any other type of communication (tax resources/claims).Representation of our clients before various tax administrations (State, regional, and local).Support and coordination in tax inspections.Management of state taxes (especially VAT, taxes on vacant homes, IAE, etc.).Jornada: Full-timeUbicación: Madrid, Zaragoza, AlicanteRequisitos:Degree in Law and/or Business Administration.Master's in Tax Advisory or Advanced Taxation Course.At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or company in the real estate sector focused on Tax Advisory, especially concerning VAT and ITPAJD.Ability to analyze real estate operations.Analysis of the tax implications associated with executions, competitions, and dations.Ability to relate to other departments and get involved in projects.Experience in drafting/supervising contracts and real estate minutes.Experience in managing invoice registers and declarations of withholdings, VAT, and IGIC (groups; SII; invoicing; accounting; etc.), handling information requests and credit embargo procedures, as well as managing the Tax on Vacant Homes.Accounting and financial statements.Experience in tax procedures.Experience in managing local taxes (IAE, IBI, IIVTNU).Proficiency in management tools.At least 1 year of seniority in the current position.Do you see yourself as the right person for the position?
