Experteer OverviewAs a Technical SEO & GEO Specialist at Lodgify, you will own the technical foundation and experimentation that boosts discoverability across AI-driven search platforms. You'll collaborate with Content, Growth, and Engineering to improve crawlability, indexation, and structured data, while making pages easier for LLMs and AI Overviews to parse and cite. You'll translate technical insights into actionable growth recommendations and run GEO experiments to drive visibility and citations. This is a fast-paced, international role at a scaling company reshaping short-term rental search. Compensaciones / Beneficios Improve technical discoverability across AI-driven search platforms via crawlability, indexation, rendering, and structured data Maintain and optimize technical SEO foundations including site architecture, internal linking, rendering, and performance Optimize how Lodgify pages are parsed and cited by LLMs, AI Overviews, and conversational search engines Build and maintain monitoring and reporting for AI visibility, citations, and technical health Collaborate with engineering and web teams to implement technical improvements, structured data, and machine-consumable content Run and analyze technical GEO experiments to understand drivers of visibility and citations Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for content and growth teams Responsabilidades 5-7 years of hands-on technical SEO experience (crawling, indexation, rendering, site architecture, performance) Solid understanding of how search engines and LLM-based systems retrieve and surface information Experience with structured data (Schema.Org), entities, and semantic SEO Comfort with data, logs, APIs, dashboards, and working closely with engineers Proven collaboration with engineering, content, and growth teams on technical initiatives Experience running tests, interpreting results, and iterating based on data Analytical, curious, and adaptable to fast-changing environments Requisitos principales remote work 25 days paid vacation health insurance (Cigna) meal allowance (monthly 150) and flexible remuneration home-office setup allowance Spanish classes
