To change lives, we have to create direct relationships with consumers and the best way to accelerate building direct relationships is through Digital.PURPOSEThe role is responsible for all efforts to reach a state of continuous compliance by partnering and engaging with our technology, business, and brand teams to adhere to policies, reduce security risks and maintain compliance. Part of overall duties is to establish, maintain and advance the information security governance framework.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in leading and monitoring adidas ITSCM and DC Security activitiesReview and evaluate current scope and state of complianceCoordination of ITSCM and DC Excellence assessments to achieve and maintain complianceIdentify and prioritize gaps and action plans for remediation.Analysis and reporting of ITSCM and DC security statusMaintain repositories for documentation for the servicesProvide consultancy to product and business teams.KEY RELATIONSHIPSGlobal and local Tech teams.Information Security TeamsAssurance teams (e.g. Legal, Privacy, Audit)Respective business function (e.g., GOPS, DC, Finance, HR, Wholesale/Retail, eCom).VendorsREQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEFour-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient spoken and written command of English.At least 5-year experience in IT.2 years of experience in relevant area.1 year of experience in team management.Understanding of different culture.Participated in projects with people from other functions/markets.WHAT IF I DON'T CHECK ALL THE BOXESIt's ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you.
