Guarantee the accuracy of data sourced from various channels, ensuring reliable insights. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting tools to offer real‑time insights into operational metrics. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to improve data analysis and control methodologies continuously. Operational Control & Analysis Design and implement robust production and sales controlling processes that align with our strategic goals. Track and analyse critical KPIs to ensure operations run efficiently and meet performance benchmarks. Prepare comprehensive reports on production and sales metrics, pinpointing trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Financial Planning & Strategic Analysis Lead the forecasting and financial planning efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Conduct detailed variance analyses, comparing actual results against forecasts to highlight discrepancies and opportunities. Provide senior management with actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication Collaborate closely with production, sales, finance and management teams to collect and analyse necessary data. Effectively communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
