Inside Sales specialist – Descripción del Puesto
Agencia de marketing y ventas, con más de 17 años operando en España y Portugal y especializada en el sector de la tecnología busca para incorporación inmediata 1 Inside Sales para cubrir diferentes proyectos de diferentes clientes líderes del sector IT. Desempeñará un papel fundamental en la consecución objetivos de adquisición de clientes y crecimiento de la pipeline. Debe sentirse cómodo realizando docenas de llamadas al día, generando interés y cualificando posibles clientes.
- Buscar nuevas oportunidades de venta a través del seguimiento de clientes potenciales entrantes y de llamadas y correos electrónicos salientes, con ayuda de Linkedin Sales Navigator.
- Capacidad para conectar con los decisores, entender las necesidades y requisitos de los clientes para saber identificar las oportunidades comerciales.
- Investigar las cuentas, identificar a los decisores y realizar un buen profeling de las cuentas.
- Mantener y ampliar la base de datos de clientes potenciales en el territorio / vertical asignado
- Conseguir los objetivos trimestrales en pipeline, marcados por el cliente.
Requisitos y habilidades :
- Experiencia probada 2 años en inside sales detectando leads de soluciones del sector tecnológico b2b.
- Excelentes dotes comunicativas con capacidad de definir y entender los procesos de compra B2B y adaptar su discurso a diferentes soluciones.
- Alta capacidad de escucha y analítica para detectar rápidamente las necesidades en sus llamadas comerciales.
Se valorará :
- Capacidad de organización para realizar varias tareas, establecer prioridades y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz.
- Historial de éxito en alcanzar los objetivos.
- Dominio de las herramientas de productividad (CRM, Sales Navigator, Excel)
- Conocimientos de hardware, servidores, virtualización, movilidad será un plus.
