As a leading food and beverage company, we make healthy, sustainably produced foods and beverages that nourish people's lives.As the largest Certified B Corporation in the world, we are committed to redefining business success to ensure that through our brands we create real benefits for people, our communities, and the planet.As the R&I Product Design Manager, your mission will be to translate the strategy into new formulas for our products.Your main responsibilities will be:Develop new recipes using ingredients derived from milk cracking.Validate new recipes at pilot scale in coordination with IDDC, following UX guidelines.Provide recipe ingredient lists to regulatory to understand the legal and communication impact of the new proposals.Execute and follow a validation plan for each new recipe in coordination with IDDC and UX.Responsible for executing pilot trials to ensure successful implementation, providing robust alternatives that can be easily replicated at an industrial scale.Be an active part of industrial trials execution, anticipating risks and proposing solutions in case deviations are detected.About YouTo be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:Education: Food technology background.Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of experience in the food industry.Valuable: Experience in product design, pilot trials, and upscaling knowledge.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.Skills: Focused on the task, excellence in execution as a must.Availability to travel between 50% and 70% of the time.About Us, We Offer and What's NextWorking at Danone gives you the chance to impact more than 12 million consumers, where we lead the ranking of the most chosen brands in the country.In addition, Danone is the largest BCorp company and that drives us every day to increase our efforts in sustainability, our impact on society, and our workers.And what’s next?If you have come this far you will have already convinced yourself...
